Juglans Nigra, commonly known as black walnut, is a large hardwood tree native to the east coast of North America as well as Asia. Black Walnut has been used in herbal medicine for centuries as a very effective anti-parasitic helping to kill and expel helminths (worms) as well as other parasites. It is also a powerful antifungal, including against candida albicans. It also exhibits antibacterial properties against Staph. aureus and other species. Our tincture is extracted with organic cane alcohol which is then boiled off (as much as possible while retaining potency) and then organic glycerin is added. Most tinctures on the market are extracted by non-organic grain based alcohol (many from GMO corn ethanol). While Supreme Nutrition Products has never done a tincture before, the demand for a few antimicrobials for small children has made us decide to make a small line-up. The product obviously can also be used for adults also.
