• The factors that can cause a weakened immune system (nutrient deficiencies, high cortisol levels, increased inflammation, impaired white blood cell function, cell damage, oxidative stress, dehydration, subpar lymphatic function and drainage, toxin buildup, unhealthy gut microbiome, chemical exposure, autoimmune disorders, leaky gut, and elevated stress levels… you know, just to name a few) all have a common denominator: something is out of balance. There is either too much of something (like toxins, cortisol, heavy metals, or bad gut bacteria), or not enough (like Vitamin D, healthy white blood cells, or cellular energy (ATP) production). These symptoms all start in different parts of the body, and it can be tough to narrow down which one is the culprit in your unique case (though starting with tests never hurt anyone. They don’t guess 😉).
